Spirit led coaching, rooted in biblical truth, can take you to the next level.
Coaching is a confidential relationship in which I will support you in finding the best strategies, goals or actions to move you forward and bring breakthrough. I will encourage you, pray with you, and we will apply Truth to your current circumstances. During our sessions, I will partner with you in seeking God’s will for your life and your family. I believe as you align your life with God's plan, the most amazing outcomes are possible!
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
These one on one meetings are 1 hour and $90.00 per session. I also see some clients for 1 hour and a half for $120.00. You may schedule to meet in person or virtually. Prior to our first session, I may email you a simple questionnaire to help me be prepared for our time together. After our session(s), I may follow up through text, or with recommended material, encouragement or accountability.
SPIRITUAL GROWTH COURSE
Do you need a life reset? Do you desire a deeper relationship with God? Are you looking for more God-given purpose in this season of your life?
In this course, we embark on a journey of inner healing and spiritual transformation. You will receive as many as 25 sessions of biblical teaching, followed by reflective questions designed to apply scripture into every aspect of your life. Each session includes prayer, journal prompts and worship exercises. By blending personalized coaching with in depth bible study, we will ignite your walk with God.
You can do these sessions online or through an app where we will be able to interact confidentially. We will cover what your core belief system is, how to deal with stress and anxiety, laying down burdens, walking through forgiveness, engaging with the Holy Spirit, and much more.

YOUTH COACHING
These individual sessions are for your pre-teen or teenager who may be going through a difficult time emotionally, socially, or struggling with identity. These sessions are for youth who need help moving through a current challenge, or who simply need to build confidence.
We can also work on discovering your child’s gifts and strengths and find a path toward their God-given purpose. Sessions may be in person or virtual.
Sessions are 1 hour and $90.00 per session.
YOUTH GROUP COACHING
If you are interested in youth group/small group sessions, I would love to talk with you. These sessions can be topic based and may may include teaching, as well as interactive dialogue, scripture and prayer.
Some of the topics offered are, Navigating your cell phone, Internet Safety, The Trap of Addiction, God's Design for Sex and Sexuality, and Finding Your Identity in Christ.
